There are multiple degree programs to choose from. Southeastern University (Lakeland, FL) partners with Radiant Church to host an instructional site on the church campus and offer students affordable degree programs.

*Only standard undergraduate tuition is listed & site fee is subject to change at any time. Please contact your Site Director to confirm the site fee listed is correct or to inquire about tuition information for other programs. Students enrolled in practicum receive a scholarship that covers the cost of practicum credits. Tuition listed is based on 15 credits per semester, with practicum scholarship.

Some students may be eligible to receive federal and state financial aid.

In addition to your academic courses with SEU, you will enroll in a practicum course that includes hands-on ministry training. During all four years of your schooling, you will be participating in a minimum of 8 hours per week of ministry training with Radiant Church’s Pastors and staff.

Each year will hold something new for you as an ILC Student. This portion of ILC was designed to be progressive throughout your college experience.

YEAR ONE | Throughout the year, you will be placed in 4 different intern areas rotating every 8 weeks.

YEAR TWO | You will pick two ministry areas to focus on throughout this year

YEAR THREE | In this year you will focus on one area of ministry of their choice.

YEAR FOUR |You will focus on one area of ministry of their choice. In addition, you are eligible to apply to be an apprentice in any qualifying ministry area.

**STUDENT EXPERIENCE**

Along with fostering and equipping students with education and ministry training, ILC desires to see our students grow relationally and spiritually. As a part of ILC, you will experience weekly chapel service, student activities, connect groups and leadership labs with Radiant Church Pastors. The connections and relationships made will be unbeatable!

Radiant Church is committed to invest in the next generation of church leaders. The Iowa Leadership College is a more significant step forward and our educational partner, Southeastern University will help provide a college education. Meanwhile, each student’s personal, spiritual and career formation will advance under the care of qualified spiritual leaders who see their role, as Ephesians 4:12 declares, “to equip God’s people to do his work..”. For ten years I served as a college professor and have journeyed with hundreds of students as they learned to follow God’s call on their life.
